Physical Manifestations II
Palimpsest 2026

Acrylic on Unbleached Raw Cotton

140 × 100 cm

Theoretical Note:

A monumental-scale work executed entirely in daylight upon a raw canvas surface that directly inherits the red pigment bleedings left by Physical Manifestations I. Conceived as a large-scale palimpsest, the piece enters an immediate dialogue with the traces left by past action. Sweeping cobalt gestures, layered purples, and dark contours fuse with the capillary red marks beneath, sealing the visual tension between inherited memory and daytime consciousness.

Physical Manifestations I
Red Trace / Visceral Gesture 2026

Acrylic on Unbleached Raw Cotton

140 × 100 cm

Theoretical Note:

A monumental-scale investigation of corporeal traces executed with pure acrylic pigment on unprimed raw unbleached canvas. Completely excluding auxiliary drawing or sanding tools, the work directly records the moment paint meets fabric. Beginning in the darkness of night and completed in daylight, the process maps the physical flow of kinetic movement on the surface through fine red lines and dense pigment accumulations.

Physical Manifestations IV
Palimpsest / Secondary Trace 2026

Acrylic and Pigment Seepage on Unbleached Raw Cotton

80 × 100 cm

Theoretical Note:

A continuation of the Traceism investigation executed on the secondary fabric surface that directly inherits the paint bleedings left by the primary work. Confronting a memory previously marked rather than a blank canvas, this piece is conceived as a "creation of creation." Beginning in the darkness of night with intuitive touches and completed as morning light falls upon the surface, the two-temporal process seals a restricted color palette (blue, purple, black) and the kinetic memory of corporeal movements onto the raw surface.

Physical Manifestations III (Blind Action / Primary Layer), 2026
Acrylic and Pigment Seepage on Double-Layer Unbleached Raw Cotton

80 × 100 cm

Theoretical Note:

A foundational experimental investigation in which Traceism shifts art from an anthropocentric concern for form into a universal creative process. In order to completely reset mental and aesthetic control, the work was executed in pitch darkness on unprimed, raw fabric. The pigment leakages left on the underlying canvas by the action on the upper layer attest to the material's own resistance and ratify the ontology of the trace independent of the object.

Traceism No. 1, 2026

Acrylic on Canvas

75 × 55 cm

Theoretical Note:

Forming the initial cornerstone of the Traceism manifesto, this work marks a pivotal turning point where the artist explores the boundary between representation and ontological existence. Although the indefinite contours at the edge of the canvas were initially conceived to symbolize the trace, upon completion of the work, it was sealed through this piece that the artwork must not be an 'image representing a trace,' but rather 'the physical trace itself.'

Event Horizon Translation, 2026

Acrylic on Canvas (Underlayer Palimpsest / Pentimento)

30 × 40 cm

Theoretical Note:

The work explores the transformation of mass and information at the edge of the event horizon. Rather than completely obliterating the preceding image underlying the surface, this composition layers over it, preserving the canvas's own history and erased traces as ontological records.
